Keep up to date with Sarox’s response to COVID-19. Last updated 1:45pm March 30th, 2020.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We hope you are doing well – all things considered!
Since our last update, both the Federal and State Governments have announced a number of tighter restrictions on non-essential gatherings. These measures, while important to contain the spread of COVID-19 and protect those vulnerable members in our community, have had a profound impact on our small business community.
Operationally, after a slight disruption while we settled into working from home arrangements, we are back to normal. We are now catching up on any missed or delayed communications, but if you’re concerned that we’ve missed an email or a phone call – please do follow up with us just to be sure.
The four week lockdown announced today in Tasmania is not expected to have any impact on our work from home arrangements.
Our primary concern now that we have settled in to our new working arrangements, is doing everything we can to help our small business community in this difficult time.
As a digital agency, we are well placed to help you stay in touch with your customers if you have been forced to close your doors.
Of course, we understand the conflicting nature of needing to invest in digital marketing now more than ever, at a time when cash-flow is tighter than ever.
To ensure you can afford to invest in digital solutions at this crucial time, we are waiving our finance fee on 3, 6 and 12 month payment plans for those businesses who have been affected by the COVID-19 situation.
We’re also offering free advice to all small businesses to help streamline your operations and generate revenue in alternative ways using digital tools.
We encourage you to contact us if there’s anything you think we can help with. Especially in times like these, there’s no such thing as a silly question – and we want to make sure you have all the support you need to keep your lights on.
In addition to the above, we have prepared a free resource outlining 10 Dos and Don’ts when cash flow is tight. We encourage you to download this resource here and share it with anyone you think it may help. We are not collecting email addresses or asking for any personal information to access this – just click the link to download and go nuts.
Local, State and Federal governments have developed a range of support & stimulus packages for small businesses.

Thank you for your continued support. Safe to say, we look forward to getting through this together. We’ll be stronger for it on the other side.
The Sarox Team
Hello lovely and wonderful customers, allies and friends!
According to the French President, “we are at war”
…though he did, of course – say it in French (“nous sommes en guerre.”)
We’re not going to go on and on about the Coronavirus situation.
We’re pretty sure everyone’s at least roughly up to date on the unfolding drama at hand.
That being said, here’s what you need to know about our response:
We are continuing to service the needs of our customers, and are taking on new work.
In this regard, business is as usual, and will continue as such until further notice.
As a precautionary measure to avoid future disruptions, the Sarox team will be working from home until further notice.
This is expected to have a minor operational effect so please do excuse us for any irregularities that may come while we adjust to this new arrangement.
All face-to-face meetings have been suspended until further notice.
Existing appointments are now scheduled to be conducted through your preference of teleconferencing – Skype/Regular Phone Call/Zoom/Google Meet.
If you have an appointment, we will reach out to you ASAP to confirm the most appropriate way forward.
We are developing a range of free resources to assist our small business community when it comes to managing what is shaping up to be a very testing situation for us all.
If you are concerned about your cash-flow at the moment (as most of us are!), we will be providing a resource of our top 10 “Dos and Don’ts” as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please refer to the following resources:
We understand this is a difficult time for a number of our customers, partners and close friends. You are all encouraged to seek our support in any way you need it – we’ll do everything we can to help.
Please feel free to give us a call, even if it’s just to touch base with where you’re at and bounce ideas around – we are always happy to throw our ideas into the mix.
We’ll continue to keep you updated as the situation progresses. In the meantime, stay safe, support local business and let us know if you find any hand sanitiser anywhere!
